Looks like you are really enjoying your studies on Russia. Very impressive. I learned several things just reading your Wrap Up. :) Have a great time next week. We will have your family in our prayers!
I love the nesting dolls that the kids painted- do they actually stack inside each other?
Great week! The Russia books look fun.
I also love dad's coaching. I can always tell when my boys have had a "talk" with dad.
I am going to try and link up. This week has been crazy, so I have not even thought about a post. If the linky is open until tonight, I will probably get to it. I hope this format works out!
I see that they do stack- I must not have looked very carefully!! Very cool.
The "talk" with Dad melted my heart. Love seeing the boys in the kitchen. That is way too cold!
We did not do anything fun this week. I haven't been fun lately:(
This weekend will be differnt though...homemade valentines!
I tried to link, but it has not shown yet- hopefully it works out.
those matryoshka dolls turned out beautifully, and the rice valentine is a great idea. I do love reading your wrap up.
I love all your projects! The children's knitting (from previous posts) is also amazing!
Hope it warms up in your area soon! Can't wait for spring!
How did you color the rice red? Looks like a fun craft.
Noreen- I colored the rice by coloring some water with food coloring and pouring in the rice and letting it sit for a bit. Then I dumped it on a towel to let it dry. Very easy!
