Much like homeschooling in general, no two homeschool moms are going to have the same “favorites”.

When we first started homeschooling, it used to drive me crazy when I would say to a veteran mom “tell me what your day looks like?” and I would get sort of a vague response about how no two days look alike, every homeschool mom does things differently etc. I just wanted someone to say “do xyz and you will do it right!”. Of course now that I’m the seasoned homeschool mom I totally get it.

Indispensable Homeschool Supplies

Homeschool supplies though? While they may be different, it is a bit easier to be concrete. It’s nice to have concrete!

In this short video (you know I like to keep things SHORT!) I tell about my two favorites:

My Planner – For a while I was super happy with the Hobonichi I was using. It was working great, until it was no longer working. What can I say, needs change!

Now I’m temporarily using a Happy Planner until January when the KitLife Planner comes out. I need a daily planner and I also need a spot for my Rodan & Fields business. My initial thoughts were that I could keep it all together but I need a separate space for our homeschool. Later I will post about the quick and easy homeschool notebook I pulled together in one evening. On the cheap too!

If you like talking about planners as much as I do, join our FB group!

My Clipboard – We have always used clipboards in our homeschool day. The kids use them for various projects and assignments. I finally ordered a cute one (with my initials!!) so they wouldn’t keep “borrowing” mine. As I mentioned I keep my daily checklist, our overall schedule, and anything else that pertains to our homeschool week. Another fun option is an Erin Condren clipboard. They are 50% off right now! You can also use my referral code to get an additional $10 off your first order.

I also recently added a couple of cleaning checklists from Clean Mama to help us stay on track with homekeeping. There is much in that area that we need to do on the daily to keep up!
