Happy New Year ~ 2011

In thanksgiving for the time that has been,
in hope for the time that is to come,
let us pray through the intercession of Mary;
the Mother of God:
We praise you, O Lord, and we bless you.
~Magnificat, 2010

The first nine days of 2011 will find us praying a novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for our sweet nephew Dominic.  We pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals who will have him in their care, and peace, perseverance, and courage for his parents.  Please feel free to join us in prayer.
{many thanks to our dear friend Heather!}

From our family to yours, wishing you much peace, joy, love, and spiritual prosperity in 2011.

  {Thanks for reading along in 2010!}

You can sure count us in as prayer warriors. My children LOVE to pray for others, especially children. And the Lord hears the prayers of children so clearly.

Wishing you only peace, blessings and strength to except His will this coming year!

So greatful to have our friendship!

Hi Jen!
Happy New Year! I just read a little about Dominic's medical situation on his parent's blog and it just makes me realize how much I take for granted. Like Dominic's mom wrote, he was healthy baby until recently when his seizures started. I take my children's health for granted knowing that nothing in life is guaranteed. I am reminded to count my blessings always and I will keep precious Dominic in our prayers!
Thank you for linking up to the No Ordinary Blog Hop and letting us know of your nephew so we can pray for him and the family.
